First off thank you for watching..2 weeks in I had pain was still not up to standing up doing a lot for long periods of time but I was good enough to walk around slowly. I was going up and down my two story home to help build my body up to it. I didn’t check to see an about anything else I just had a small episode where I had a little fast beating that brought me in to find out what was going on. Glad this video could help you out

I received neither. When they finished teplacing the aneurysm my valve came back together. It was being stretched due to how large it was

I’m glad to hear your home now. Also at a month out I hope you can the light at the end of the tunnel for your recovery. Things happen but you were able to have that surgery and like you said it’s a blessing to see what a difference it has made. Thanks for watching

First thank you for watching. Second, my prayers are with you and your husband, The pain is goinig be but he is going to have to get up and push himself to at least walk and the pain gets easier and easier until its gone. (Usually 2 weeks in you hurt but you are more mobile.

So to be honest I had some pressure I could feel along the center of my chest after eating and I could like massage it and it would go away. So it wasn’t anything threatening that I thought of. But I can tell now that the aneurysm was pushing other things closer to the chest wall because it was at 5.25 cm. After it was removed the pain was gone. I could notice that I was out of breath as I got closer to needing the surgery done.

Just had mitral valve repair, tricuspid repaired and a maze procedure…Chest hurts after 9 weeks, but at least I can sleep on my side…1st 5/6 weeks I could only lie on my back…slept in a recliner for the 1st few weeks…started cardio rehab this week…feeling way better, but again chest still hurts, but not terribly

its definitely a scary bout but you will get through it. As Scott said below laying on your back for the first month is a real pain trying to stay comfortable during that time.

Yeah.. the low and slow is great but it doesn’t have to be as slow as the regular smokers..the pork shoulder we normally do is like 3 hours if that.. however do what you do on the XL version.. I kind of wish I grab that one now. This machine is so worth it

Yeah it’s worth the conversation. I didn’t realize the impact of that aneurysm because I didn’t have any symptom until one day I did and could sleep. I managed to put it off for a year because I was scared but honestly..it’s routine for these surgeons so your in good hands. God bless your time when you decide to do it - if you need to

I pray is well with you and your surgery will be just a routine as another ones your surgeon does. Thank you for watching and yes, it was scary in the beginning but knowing what that process is outside of it kind of helps. I really was the youngest one on the floor after surgery and got out the quickest…so know and expect you will heal greatly…

Because seat recline is the same no matter the class. It’s all about the pitch inbetween the seats. Recline is fairly decent on delta flights compare to others though.

Yeah that constipation part., I forgot about but your right it took like 3-4 days before anything was moving. However I didn’t do the Physical therapy they were offering and just decided to do the walking everyday my self at home.. glad you came out that and continuing to heal

Thank you for watching first off, and I’m glad you made it through that quintuple. I still have tiny soreness from my chest if I’m doing a lot of pulling from that area and it’s a year out. The numbness in my legs kind of went away about 6 months in but I still see some swelling at night from the feet area if my day is super active. It’s gone by the time I elevate them and get some sleep

Yes you know those drainage tubes are there but and they kind of become one with you...But once they are removed you realize how irritating they were. However man many blessings to you going through that 2x by-pass. I pray all is well and your getting your strength back.

My Aneurysm was 5.25 and they said it could go to 5.75 but I would be feeling the pressure from it.

They send you home with some if you ask but its not going to be what they give you in the hospital. It definitely did not do what they were popping through in the IV's. So once your body wears off from that it was a pain. Tylenol was my friend because that's all I can take but to be honest its just not going to do what it does from what you are getting at the hospitals.
